Provision Solutions –  Vice President, and Chief Talent Management and Culture Officer

Summary:

Serves as a key member of the organization’s Senior Leadership Team and is responsible for developing the vision and strategy, and leading the development and execution of organizational culture and talent development in order to advance the mission and enhance business results. Ensures the development and advancement of an empowered, values-driven workplace culture, and actively plans for future talent and culture needs including change management. This executive develops strategies in concert with the CEO and Senior Leadership Team, collaborates with the executive team regarding the development of strategies, the execution of the strategies and the appropriate metrics. This executive must have unquestionably high ethical standards and integrity and be innovative, a team player, humble yet confident, engaging, dynamic, culturally sensitive, highly visible, and proactive.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Work with the executive team and lead Provision’s mission, values, and culture development and communications
  • Evolve a leadership development model and framework to ensure Provision has the current and future leadership capabilities needed to startup and operate multiple global cancer centers and proton centers
  • Develop and lead employee development programs to enable career growth for employees and managers and lead programs to prepare leaders to manage, and ensure all leaders are career coaches
  • Create a measurement methodology to inform data driven decisions and insights about the identification of critical talent, the impact of leadership strategy and blended development plans, and determine investment strategies for people, programs or supporting technology solutions
  • Drive the assessment, strategies, program design and development, implementation, and monitoring of results for all compensation programs globally (including base salary, short term incentives, and long term incentives) rewards & recognition in collaboration with the Compensation Team to develop strategies to meet growth and retention
  • Regularly assess the internal equity and external competitiveness of the company’s compensation program to ensure that the organization is compensating fairly and can recruit and retain top talent
  • Enhance talent and succession planning process that identifies potential leaders earlier in their careers for customized development, ensures ready now successors for critical roles, and facilitates robust talent review to continuously adjust selection and development process
  • Collaborate with key personnel to develop, implement, maintain, and improve on plans for the operational infrastructure of systems, processes, and personnel designed to accommodate the rapid growth of the organization
  • Develop and maintain effective relationship and communications with all Provision locations and cultures
  • Develop programs to facilitate implementation of new programs, processes, and initiatives
  • Provide direction and guidance to global HR staff and managers on compensation, benefits, training and culture at all Provision locations
  • Assist with startup of new Provision locations to assess market compensation, benefits and general HR guidance and ongoing support

Education and Experience:

  • 10+ years of management experience, creating and facilitating leadership, learning, career development and/or other related organizational development processes within an entrepreneurial fast growing organization
  • 5+ years’ experience in progressive Human Resources and Organizational Development
  • BS/BA Required (degree in Business, Organizational Development, Human Resources, or other business related field)
  • Experience in leading talent acquisition across multiple functional areas including executive search, professional recruitment, and sourcing contingent workforce
  • A proven track-record of advancing a corporate culture and successfully leading significant change management initiatives
