Provision Solutions – Project Executive, Development & Construction

SUMMARY OF POSITION: The Project Executive oversees the planning, implementation, and tracking of all aspects of the Proton Therapy and Cancer Center Development efforts for Provision Solutions, in support of the company’s strategy, mission and vision.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for flawless execution of projects

Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and budget

Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility

Ensure resource availability and allocation

Develop a detailed project plan and monitor progress

Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques

Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques

Report and escalate to upper management as needed

Successfully manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders

Perform risk management and exercise timely mitigation

Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors

Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation and communication record

Create and implement effective Project Management solutions across the organization in an effort to standardize and introduce economies of repetition in the execution and in support of the Provision Solutions Proton Therapy Center and Cancer Center Development strategy

Create and implement a standard template/tool/solution to support the sale, development and start-up of future Provision Solutions Proton Therapy and Cancer Centers.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS:

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management required, Master’s degree in those disciplines or Business is preferred
  • Minimum 10 years planning and/or management experience

Skills

  • Extensive background, working knowledge and experience in the all facets of the project development timeline including, but not limited to:
  1. Contracting and coordinating inputs (internal resources, contractors, designers, specialty consultants, material and equipment vendors, local building authorities)
  2. Development of project scope and design reviews
  3. High degree of building system knowledge and function (civil, foundation, structure, MEPS), as well as technical building processes and procedures
  4. Significant background in estimating, project budgeting and cost management
  5. Working knowledge of real estate transitions and development
